Avoid unless you want to pay $8 a week for it.

Listings already exist on the web, no wonder why prices are just like normal. You can view one picture of the house and you have to pay to view more pics and address. Paid $8 to look at addresses for a week, app crashed and now my money is good as gone. Would not allow me to search anything unless I pay again. Bottom line: its a scam!!

Dont buy it. Its too good to be true. The app just loops you round and round, wont let you login in. Support is not real they just reply to you with bogus pre set responses. Im in the middle of disputing the purchase with my bank whos being more than understanding in reimbursing me. Shame on Apple for not screening their apps for purchase and more shame for not dealing with these disputes. All Apple says is to take it up with the app maker which is obviously a dead end. Dont buy this app!!!

What a con. I thankfully only paid the $7.99 but I would still want a refund. When I inquired about a property I was told that it was not listed as a foreclosure and had sold a long time ago. If there was a 0 star rating I would only give it that. The app also has glitches on it.

Its a paid app. I checked some off the postings and the house had been sold months earlier.

Free to download but cant do anything unless you buy a subscription. Will be deleting immediately. Wish I had known, would not have downloaded to begin with.

I would have chosen zero stars if I could! Downloaded the "free" app. Could not get past the welcome page without clicking a package. 7 day package didnt appear to list a cost so I clicked it and when the in app purchase window popped up, I clicked continue and entered my password thinking nothing of it. Searched once, found nothing relevant and therefore deleted the app. A few hours later a charge for $7.99 shows up on my account. Tried to report via the App Store but every request came back advising the purchase cannot be reversed or refunded! I didnt even realize I actually authorized a charge!!! Tried calling the App Store and was on hold waiting for over half an hour and still no answer...not pleased with this confusing and in my opinion deceiving in app purchase, guess I should have read the reviews

Horrible search engine. Badly presented and laid out. Tried several searches and got very poor results. Expensive and not worth even worth downloading so I just deleted it.

Stupid app. Wants you to buy a package before you can view prices.

You will have to pay for any info.

I got this app, selected the $19 package, and was not only charged $24, not $19, but I hate the app. I paid and its still crap, I emailed the contact us link 3 times and havent heard anything back.

This app has purchase options for access - all have a price except for the 7-day option which I thought was free. It almost charged my card! Luckily I was paying attention to the prompts.

Watch out from the first package "7 day access". It doesnt show a charge associated to it but when you choose it it will ask you to pay 9.99$ will charge your apple ID. So be careful.

The land could never be lost to debt is unconstitutional. 75 years ago they learned how.. Stop them from stealing your families land dumb little sheep if your smart enough.

This is an awful app. It has now got numerous bad reviews and the App Store should remove it from its digital shelves. Actually I am beginning to think its a scam. I cant get ahold of anyone to remove my email and password from their records.
